ScottishPower today reintroduced its popular Capped Rate - a tariff whose rate is fixed until 30th of September 2008. ScottishPower's move does alleviate some fears that energy suppliers may be withdrawing its more attractive offers from the market, as a reaction to the ongoing turmoil surrounding domestic energy prices.
